Product Warranty Policy

1. Warranty Duration (Wellness center warranty will be 50% of what’s listed below). 

We offer a warranty for our products that spans up to five years from the date of purchase. This warranty will decrease in coverage by 20% each year. At our discretion we will either repair the device, replace with a new device if in year one, replace with a used device of equal age years 2-5, or give a credit in an amount based on the age of the device. Shipping is covered up to year 2. 

 

2. Yearly Warranty Coverage 

Warranty for all tabletops, XL shorties and XL panels include: 

  • Year 1: 100% coverage - In the first year, your product is covered for any defects or issues free of charge.
  • Year 2: 80% coverage - In the second year, you will receive 80% warranty coverage.
  • Year 3: 60% coverage - In the third year, you will receive 60% warranty coverage.
  • Year 4: 40% coverage - In the fourth year, you will receive 40% warranty coverage.
  • Year 5: 20% coverage - In the fifth year, you will receive 20% warranty coverage.

Note: for products returned within 60 days, customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways. The shipping fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount.

Warranties for alternative products include: 

  • The torch is 1 year.
  • Pads are 18 months.
  • Mini is 2 years. 
Note: the torch and pads should have a 20% restock fee. 

3. What's Covered

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, faulty materials, or workmanship issues that may arise during normal use of the product. If any of these issues occur during the warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.

 

4. What's Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or unauthorized repairs or modifications to the product. It also does not cover normal wear and tear.

 

5. Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team (support@lightpathled.com) with your proof of purchase. We will guide you through the process of assessing and addressing the issue.

 

6. Warranty Limitations

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It applies only to products purchased from an authorized seller. The cost of shipping for warranty claims may be the responsibility of the customer.

 

7. Disclaimer

We reserve the right to modify or terminate this warranty policy at our discretion. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the applicable laws.
